The "Will To Succeed" Foundation has helped over 100,000 individuals since its inception in 1993. Those numbers attest to a commitment of time, talents and resources contributed through its programs and initiatives, board members and many volunteers.
The Foundation currently sponsors over a dozen programs and initiatives where the organization, as well as its founders, are "hands-on" participants in all activities, as well as contributing financial support. Will and Senia's children, as well as many others, are also actively involved because they believe it's never too early for youngsters to learn about service to others.

After Shimika was diagnosed with Lupus, the Kennison's made it one of their personal goals to do whatever they could to find a cure for this disease and raise the awareness level about Lupus in the general public. In addition, they support families who are dealing with Lupus in a compassionate and caring manner, while educating others about what life is like for those suffering from Lupus. Once at the Foundation's events, the kids are given unparalleled training in sports and, importantly, are encouraged to develop business and entrepreneurial skills by the Foundation's corporate sponsors.
