| Synopsis:
Damian Lewis (Band of Brothers) stars as Detective Charlie Crews, a cop wrongly imprisoned for murder. With the steadfast support and help of his attorney, Constance Griffiths (Brooke Langton), he was finally exonerated after 12 brutal years behind bars. Now Charlie is back on the force, a changed man as well as a rich one, the result of a $50 million settlement. A friend from the prison days, Ted Early (Adam Arkin), manages the money. Charlie's offbeat, zen approach to both his life and the crimes he solves (as well as his appetite for fresh fruit) often puts him at odds with his tight-to-the-vest partner, Dani Reese (Sarah Shahi) and by-the-book Lt.Davis (Brooke Langton). Still, as Charlie tackles a multitude of seemingly unsolvable cases with unique perception and poise, his outward calm masks a silent inner rage to uncover the conspiracy of those who framed him. |

At first, it started out slow. The quirky character; you had to understand how he got that way. I just saw the last couple of episodes, and it's much better. It's now on my Tivo's Season Pass.

Life is a great show - full of drama yet witty at the same time. The first season was particularly interesting as it followed Crews' search for the truth behind his incarceration.
However, DO NOT BUY this video on demand! You can watch episodes of Life, and many other shows, for free at NBC.com. Why pay??

While it took a few minutes to remind myself of everything that happened last season, this episode certainly does not fail to pack a punch. With the show's winning fromula back from last season, you won't want to miss this episode.

I am so sad that the network has not brough LIFE back after the strike. It is such a great show. I watched all the episodes twice after I taped them on my TiVo. I was waiting for them to finish out the season with a BANG and at least let us all know what we deserve to know...how it all comes out in the end...IF they aren't going to bring this great show back. And, from what I'm gathering, it isn't looking that way. SIGH. All that reality junk, all that comedy crud, but a great show like this and Womens Murder Club gets axed... that is the pits!!! Okay, well, I think I've had enough of network TV. I'm off to Showtime and HBO where they don't cancel my favorite TV shows as soon as they hook me. :)
