Amazon.com Product Description This Casio G-Shock watch is a highly accurate and durable digital timepiece perfect for travelers, adventurers, or anyone looking for a multi-function, rough-and-ready watch. Featuring atomic timekeeping, the watch automatically sets using radio signals to ensure perfect time accuracy. Charged by solar power, the battery can last up to eight months on a full charge without further exposure to light. The screen indicates the battery level, and the watch comes with a power saving function. Ideal for world travelers or international calls, the watch can be set for 29 time zones (30 cities), with or without daylight savings, and comes with a city code display so you know where you are. The watch also features four daily alarms and one snooze alarm, a countdown timer, a 1/100 second stopwatch, hourly time signals, and an automatic calendar pre-programmed through 2099. The octagonal bezel of dark gray resin gives the watch a distinctive look, and the octagonal digital display window offers an automatic EL backlight with afterglow for easy night reading. The rugged band and case are also made of resin. The watch is designed for enhanced shock resistance, is water resistant up to 660 feet (200 meters), and is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

Just got it, and love it! January 6, 2009 SeaCat (Seattle, WA United States) I got this as a gift and am loving it! It's easy to use, easy to figure out, easy to see without my glasses on (I run without my glasses so that was a huge plus). Also, as a woman, I was a little concerned that it would be too huge on my wrist. No problem, I got used to it within minutes--not really that big at all.
No worries. Always on, always correct. December 22, 2008 PaddlinDuck (Denver, CO) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am very satisfied with this watch. It is well made, and the technology insures that you don't have to worry about having the correct time. My only criticism is that the numbers can be hard to read, but my eyes have trouble reading lots of things anymore. I have no reservations in recommending this watch.
I like it December 21, 2008 Hermy (California) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This watch is great. It works as advertised. If one is not fastidious about its looks, it can be worn for any occasion. Now I never have to worry about having the correct time, I have set it to update daily from the Colorado atomic clock signals.
Better than expected December 2, 2008 Grognard (Atlanta, GA, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This watch was chosen for practicality and utility rather than style and it delivers. It has additional features not mentioned in the ad copy, has remained fully charged without any special attention, is dead-on accurate, and seems to be just about immune to trauma. For me it serves well and I do not have to worry about it. I have had it for three months and I have neither complaints nor any worthwhile ideas on improvements. Good watch.
Excellent watch at an attractive price November 26, 2008 Michael A. Kehoe 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Tough watch at a tough to beat price. The display is extremely legible in all light conditions (thanks to the backlight). The atomic clock function is neat and useful. I set my other clocks and watches by this Casio. I use the countdown timer every day. My only complaint, and it is nit picking, is that the day of the week should be displayed with the month and day. It is not a real issue since I normally know what day of the week I am in.
